~* thoughts *~

the thoughts i have for the past few days....is all about my new role at work. I sort of got over the fact that i am not doing what i wanna do....but now its about my pay. will be having a pay review in August and though the economy is not doing very well, i feel what i have done over the past year plus all the added responsibilities that i have in the new role warrants a fair bit of increase. Knowing and hearing how stingy my company is with regards to compben...i dunno how much will they give...but i will def be asking a fair bit. Hopefully they will value me enough to pay me what i am looking for.
Tots of going elsewhere also crossed my mind....but this is where i always wanted to be...so hopefully things work out. If not...i will think of another route..when the time comes..
