Went to see the sports physician today. He told me i have suspected LATERAL MENISCUS TEAR. Need to do MRI to confirm the extend of the injury. Meanwhile...i should have rest and if its not so serious, it should heal within 8 weeks on its own but if its serious, surgery might be needed. GOSH...thats the last thing i want..surgery...i am beginning to feel abit scare liao.

In my mind, i wonder if i will be able to play soccer like how i used to again. I wonder when i will finally be able to stand on the soccer field again playing 100% like how i always used to. All these thoughts are making me feel abit sad and disappointed. I planned to go to the AUG in KL this year but with this injury, i think i might have to give it up. Still, i am gonna wait till the MRI result is out before i do anything.

MEanwhile, i will just rest and do some weights...hopefully, i dun gain too much weight!!I think thats the top of my worries actually....
