Yup..looking at this plain patch of grass, no one would have been impressed and no one will noe there there lies many many of this herb call 'Nu Du Pi' or loosely translated as 'cow's nose' or something like that..ahahah.My dad says the herb helps in many of the illness including improving nervous system and increase the white blood cells...theres many others benefits but i forgot liao.

Theres dad and his fren plucking the herb from the grass patch.There were alot and we were there for abt 1 hr plus.We managed to get a big plastic bag full of the herbs.According to my dad, it cost $20/kg in the normal chinese medicine shop selling outside and those are home grown, got pesticide, not good.These natural wan are better and its free!

So if any of you are very free and wan to go pluck also...heres hows the actual thing looks like-->

The bigger the root and the stem, the better it is supposedly...ahhah..so have fun plucking:)
